Hours at these spots often run into the evening, later than a typical coffee shop, and many stay open on weekends when demand is highest in Bronx. Seasonal and limited-time drink or dessert flavors are common, so a shop's current menu can differ from what is posted online; checking recent photos or calling ahead helps. Some locations in New York are dessert-only with no seating, meant for takeout, while others have cafe-style seating for staying a while. Straws for bubble tea are typically wide to accommodate the toppings, and are provided automatically unless you ask for a regular one. Loyalty apps and stamp cards are common at chain locations, and ordering ahead through an app can shorten a wait considerably at busy locations during peak after-school and after-dinner hours.

Bronx is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Bronx follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

A special shoutout to the young man with the glasses β€” I believe his name is Omar! He handles taking and preparing orders, yet he always has a cheerful smile and does an excellent job. I truly appreciate his professionalism and positive attitude. The food is amazing as well! πŸ‘ There is only one problem with your restaurant: I think I’m becoming addicted to it! ❀️

This place is an absolute joke. The service isn’t just bad, it’s embarrassingly lazy. Everything is insanely overpriced for the trash quality they hand out. The shakes are half full every single time, like they think customers are stupid and won’t notice they’re being shorted. Charging full price for half a cup is straight-up disrespectful. β€” The cashier is basically allergic to the front counter. They disappear to the back constantly, leave customers standing there, and act like taking an order is the biggest inconvenience of their life. No greeting, no professionalism, no urgency, just attitude and zero effort. β€” And the food? Sloppy, poorly made, and completely not worth the money. It feels rushed, careless, and thrown together with no standards whatsoever. This place doesn’t just disappoint β€” it genuinely ruins your mood with how incompetent the service is. Save your money and your patience. There are way better places that actually care about their customers.

Make sure you check your dessert before eating it. I ordered their tiramisu and it had mold on it. I usually order from them from time to time and I’ve never had an issue, so I’m pretty disappointed that I ran into this. I tried calling just to let them know they should check their tiramisu maybe it’s being made ahead and stored in the fridge too long but the call went straight to voicemail.
